I bought an open-box Lucca A53 about a year ago. Its been great to me. Recently, i decided to upgrade my grinder from a 10-year old Vario to an open-box Eureka Silenzo from Clive. My grinder arrive quickly but, alas, the lid for the bean hopper was broken into several pieces. One chat convo with Clive was all it took. My brand new part arrived a couple of days later! Flawless customer service. No need to shop anywhere else.

I first was introduced to Clive Coffee when I was ordering their revolutionary Ratio coffee machine, which by the way is just that revolutionary.
Then as my coffee awareness matured I decided it was time to purchase a commercial grade home espresso machine and only one brand would be appropriate and that was La Marzocco. Expertly hand made in Florence, Italy.
I did my comparative shopping and with the expert advice of the team at Clive Coffee I made my selection and have continued now for years pulling perfect shots.
The grinder and machine were pricey, however you truly get what you pay for when it comes to upscale commercial grade espresso machines.
I simply could not be happier!

We bought our espresso machine back in December of 2017. 10 months later here we are without a problem. The only thing we did had to re-order was a part from the coffee bean grinder that broke. We called them and they immediately sent us a replacement at no cost to us.
We are so happy with the high quality and we will definitely keep them in mind when we get a second one. -
